I've always been obsessed with Nike and their marketing but in 2024 after going through a hell of a rough patch in life...
I came across this book called Shoe Dog By Phil Knight, the founder of Nike...
Phil Knight's passion for sneakers wasnt about money or getting rich etc etc it was more about art..
Building a movement.
Redefining an industry.
But more so than that, he wanted to honor great athletes and honor great athletics...
Lmao, I remember I couldnt sleep that night, I was just tossing and turning....
and thats where I had this crazy ass idea...
What if I could do to tumblers and water bottles what Nike did to the sneaker world?
What if I could create a tumbler/waterbottle tailored towards athletes that:
- tracks their daily water intake
- reminds them to drink water
- sets their daily hydration goals
- logs their liquid calories
- disinfects their bottle with UV sterilization
So in the morning when I got up, I just dropped out of college (DePaul University)...
Got an 8000$ Loan and...
Put all tution money into launching Blaze; the worlds first smart tumbler for high-end athletes...
with a timeframe of JUST 12 WEEKS!!!

And thats where my documentary - "Behind Blaze" comes in.
I've documented my journey since the past 8 months of building Blaze and compiled it into 4 episodes.
How I dropped out of college with nothing in hand...
Started with this idea in my parents basement...
Got into into fights with the biggest water bottle manufacturers in China...
Gave college level athletes a platform to share their life journey and how Blaze can be a guide to help them perform better...
Blaze is so much more than a brand. Its a movement. To own Blaze means you're a trailblazer.
